Runescape skill Training Request Sticky

I am suggesting a sticky in the runescape skill training section for requests. This will make more room on the first page for actual services and it will be a lot easier for sellers to find the people who need training rather then looking through pages of threads which will benefit both parties. This is only to replace threads that are requesting training. There would be a little form you fill out and post for example,
