Stick Stake scammed me for 16.00

payed him 16.00 for a maxed BS acc. A day later he recovers it. I have the proof of payment I don't know what else to show as I can't access the account. Thank you. (will send a pic of my paypal when This is seen)

I don't have a Sythe PM, Stupid mistake, He tried reselling the account, just after scamming it back from me, to a few other people.
