TWC Appeal; Account was hacked

Hi guys, thanks for unbanning me. I would like to appeal for the TWC as I'm sure the TWC was done during the time it was hacked.

All the posts around that time in 2013 were from a location in the States, on the opposite side of the world from the account owner, so I believe it's safe enough to say the TwC was awarded via the hacker and not the original owner.
