My CC is having a hide and seek event and here's the riddle

I have been a coward. Greed took over my heart.
I have been warned not to, but my greed took over my fear.
I went looking for the gold but found myself imprisoned.
Fear has taken over my emotions, come get me out for there is a price to gain, 20M.

I went to port sarim, draynor , and stronghold. Where else?

 

The h.a.m dungeon, the dude that's locked up?

also, if you talk to shantly at the pass and tell him your an outlaw, you'll get thrown in a jail
