    IP matches him/his disputes, he's a known scammer whose faked his own hacking to scam people at least once and been caught using fake evidence of being scammed to try and extort money out of people when they've been hacked (filing fake scam reports trying to force the person who was hacked to pay him back when he wasn't scammed.)
