Chaos Fanatic question

[Revant]

On the Chaos Fanatic drop table, it says " ↑ Only dropped while on World 318 "
http://2007.runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Chaos_Fanatic

Is it talking about the pet?

I think about every item thats a 1

The 1 in the key matches the 1 next to the drop rate of the mysterious emblem.
