Where can I advertise Web Design / Creation services?

Basically, I'd like to advertise something, which is not game related, but at the same time isn't a tangible good.

What I'm advertising are my skills to create website(s) to potential clients, here on Sythe.

Can a new general "Virtual, but not game related" market forum be added? Or is there a place for this already?

Looking through the forums, I can't really see a reasonable spot for it to be placed. You can always advertise it in your signature.

Just to add on to what Brendan said, many people sell their signatures per month for around $5 (usually mods and such), so advertising in their signature is also a great way.
