Checking the IP Audit of Muyap, and rank, they're both the same person.
Makes sense as muyap pardon was denied on 3 june / around that time, and Rank's registered around the same time.
I know that IP Audit isn't enough proof, but it's very conspicuous. Registered around the same time, with matching IP, and doing the same business + same writing type. It's easy to see that Rank is not a new user on sythe.
