Multiple accounts

There are no such a rule which would not let to have multiple sythe accounts while all of them are not banned.

So maybe everyone sythe member should create thousands of accounts?

You should add the rule ''no multiple accounts'' into the rules.

Why the people can not use their own accounts only and why there is no such a rule?

Because in other forums you can have only one account per a person, in sythe should be the same, thanks.

 

What's the problem of having 2 accounts? There is no need to copy rules from other forums if the rule is pointless.

People have multiple reasons for having more then one account. This is my second account and I changed accounts because I didn't like the name of my old one. As long as they aren't ban evading I don't see any reason for banning multiple accounts since that causes no harm to the forum.

If you want I can quote you Pen, where he states that name changes are reserved for staff only, that if we want to change the name, we should make a new account.

 

I agree there is no point needing 2 accounts. If you leave one mods should ban it.

That's right, you should inform mods after creating an another account and you should get one account removed or with a status that it got changed, or if you are spotted by doing so - you should be banned.

Now I know you've lost your marbles. Name changes are forbidden, unless it is extremely necessary, which could be seen in the case of usernames that are racist, offensive, etc.

No support, some people make new accounts just because they dont like their old username.

Give a good reason why it shouldn't be allowed? Ban evaders will break rules anyway and make a new account after it got banned.

 

I find this pointless and extra work for Mods/Admins.

I support. Why would any one need more than one account unless they are planning on ban evading or some forum of scamming?

 

personally i think a person should be able to make as many as accounts as they want.

 

I'm glad someone made this. I've been meaning to do so. I totally agree, only one account per person.
