hes level 76 or so.

hes got fighter torso and rune defender

good quests done like:
desert treasure
monkey madness
RFD (up to mith gloves)

dont really wanna make him a berserker pure...
maybe a staker?

 

I'd say stay 60 atk get 99 str stay 45 def 99 range 52 pray 94 mage.

i agree with ownage. I personally would just autoSW it.

 

Well, which RFD gloves could you get without leveling defence?

 

Get 75def and max the rest of the combat stats out with 95 pray and you'll end up 119cb and ownage.

 

What zes said, you can then make loads of cash by staking etc.
