Change "Dice Competitions" Section name.

Seeing lack of support, might as well close.

 

No support, the section isn't made for betting but instead for people to make use of sythe's dice function for hosting private competitions (which isn't exclusive to gambling).

The official purpose won't/cannot be for gambling, rather a place to use the random dice tool.

 

"Dice Betting" just sounds completely unprofessional. And they are competitions.

 

I noticed 1 competition in 2 pages... As for being unprofessional, you could choose another name, one that's actually relevant to the section.

 

I like the sound of 'Dice Competitions' sounds more professional. Although I am banned (SRB) from this section I can't say I've been in. As for the section name to be changed, no support.

Maybe a subsection for dicing discussions, but that's about as far as it should go.

 

Considering the section is the place for all dice related competitions, the name is relevant. I highly doubt a "gambling" section will be released.

 

I don't support, It should stay how it is because its more professional and neat.

 

That's what it's used for, so why not just name it what it is?

 

Gambling is illegal for minors.

 

I don't see the big deal anyway. Why is Dice Competitions such a bad name? I think it's fine, and I see no benefit whatsoever in changing the name to "Dice Betting." Aside from the fact that Dice Competitions sounds more professional, it's not a big deal, really.

 

And internet gambling is illegal in the US (or at least was).
