Rs Membership PayByCash - Moneybookers?

I stumbled upon this, but couldn't test it out as I don't have funds in my moneybookers currently.

Is this a simple: if you have funds on your moneybookers regardless if connected to bank or credit card you can purchase membership or must you pay through a credit card attached to the moneybookers account?

Also: Can you upgrade unlimited accounts with one moneybookers account?

 

Yes to every question, you can pay with your balance and credit card (you can choose the option you like) and you can subscribe with as many accounts as you wish. Good luck.
