    Rs Membership PayByCash - Moneybookers?
    I stumbled upon this, but couldn't test it out as I don't have funds in my moneybookers currently.

    Is this a simple: if you have funds on your moneybookers regardless if connected to bank or credit card you can purchase membership or must you pay through a credit card attached to the moneybookers account?

    Also: Can you upgrade unlimited accounts with one moneybookers account?
