    change ip address?

You can't change your WAN ip, which is the IP address of your local network. The only way to do this would be through your internet service provider. What noobs will tell you to do is change ur LAN ip. Which just identifies the address of your computer on your local network. You may be able to find a program on the internet or a kit that will spoof your ip.

    change ip address?

    1. plug out your modem or router for 5 mins and then plug back in.
    2. call your internet provider and ask for a IP change

    3. What do you mean has some bans on it ?

    change ip address?

Unplugging it and Plugging it back in wont do anything, unless you ask for a change, which would be suspicious.

    change ip address?

Yeah if you unplug your modem it really will change your IP. It might depend on some stuff idk but when I need a new one I just unplug my modem and turn it on a few mins later.

    change ip address?

If it's static, you buy a new router, programming has nothing to do with it.
