Regular Guide section/Edit Sticky

I was looking through the Runescape 2 guide section and saw a couple of guides that were not even relating to Runescape, mostly "Making real life cash". It is necessary to make a separate sub-section for guides that do not relate to Runescape as the current sticky, What guides NOT to sell or post! Last Update - [Updated 12/16/10], states: "Please note, this is a RUNESCAPE GUIDES Section. That means ALL guides must relate to Runescape. Any guide which is not related to Runescape should NOT be sold here.".

A few examples of these threads would be:

To allow people to post these threads without conflicting with the sticky: the name, description of the sub-section, and the sticky must be edited or a separate sub-section could be created under the appropriate section.
