What combat lvl would you be?

 

dont make it 99 range waste of combat levels

and get virtus + devine then u will be amazing

 

I think it's a good idea, that's the most powerful spell in the game. However, it is also years worth of questing

 

great idea if you can afford it ofc :[] looks pricey but will be very fun to use

 

The stats wont be the hard part, its the quests and money making for good gear that will get to you. Good luck though, should be an amazing pure when its done

 

Cost to get someone to do it for you and complete it in like 1-2 months: Around 1-1.5b.

 

Whoever said that you would level if you got 99 Range? Check a combat calculator.

To maximize it's potential, I suggest going with virtus instead, paired with ely or a divine if you could afford it. Also get 86-88 Strength. You won't level unless strength goes beyond 88. So basically, if someone prayed, you would have decent strength to be able to do a decent claw spec.

Good idea, but virtus,divine is like shit high risking lol

 

I wouldn't really go for meele as it wouldn't be that effective at 86 strength, concentrate on 99 range/mage and you can switch out between chaotic crossbow and the armadyl storm spell.

 

Then he'd be risking chaotic crossbow (he's carrying a divine and skulling).

The levels you've suggested are perfect, and should cost around 100m all up. Add the cost of a divine and/or virtus and you're looking at around 1B. Not to mention the time. Also, claw rushers are becoming more savvy about arma pkers, and have started to only bring one expensive item (claws/ags) and have focused all their energy on prayer when they are being mage rushed.
