Something weird about my account.

Hey guys I just wanted to see if this is something normal, I recently recovered an account which is pretty old, dont really know how old, But anyways, It got hacked and I guess the hacker leveled it, Well it has like 60 Runecrafting but does not have Rune Mysteries done, Is this normal? I thought u needed the quest to start doing rc maybe Im wrong?

 

even though the completion message says runecrafting skill i think its jst unlocking the ability to mine the rune ess

 

I can confirm you do not need rune mysteries quest to do runecrafting, you do need to complete the quest to use the essence mines though which is very useful to ironmen who start out
