Sythe Ranked Team(s)!

Hey guys, so, we started a ranked team, but it was just on a whim. I want to make a legitimate team on Sythe, where we'll have people trying out and a schedule for the team. Obviously it'll take a little longer to set up, but in the end, we should have some actual teams.

For starters, you may or may not get accepted into the teams. This will be determined on how you play, how you work with the team, and how you behave. Your schedule matters, too. Schedule though will be determined on your availability and hence the reason I made it "Team(s)".

Next note, I'm definitely no where near the skill level as a lot of Sythe members. This team will mainly be focused around Silv-Plat. I don't mind if anyone who is higher or lower than said rankings, just know this is the average skill level. You will be tried out, that gives you a reason to also try us out. If you don't wanna team up with us, simply say it. I don't think you'll hurt anyone's feelings.

Team names and such are hard for everyone to agree on so the team captain will make something himself. If everyone else opposes it, try again. I don't care for the name at all personally, but I'm sure some people do. I probably won't be a team captain, as I'm just another silver lad. I feel I should be higher, but I'm in silver for a reason, obviously. (though I've been in gold previously.)

Also, I'm going to say Skype or TeamSpeak is required, but if your team captain doesn't care, it's on them.
