    World language learning software?

Has anyone used any type of language learning software to learn another world language?

If so, what brand was it (byki, Rosetta Stone, etc.), what language was it, and how effective was it?

I have used Rosetta Stone to learn French. It was really good and it constantly reminds you of earlier vocabulary so there's not the slightest chance to lose the skill. I highly recommend it.
