Reporting Sphiinx-Scammed 140$ of Scripts.

A while ago, back in October/November I purchased two scripts, I have pictures of our chat-logs where we agreed on the prices. He did complete the scripts, but then stopped paying for his domain for his website, and stopped scripting on tribot. He got banned on tribot for a private script dispute(Not mine) which he admits to in the chatlogs. I personally can't find the thread but w/e. I'll post all relevant pictures. Below are pictures of the conversation:

Also, today I went and checked if maybe he fixed it since he started to get involved with the rs market again, pictures below show that both scripts still do not work.

In conclusion, he scammed me for 140$ in scripts + is ban evading from tribot.
Edit:The white boxes are where the gui is supposed to be, but since hes not paying for the domain they're simply white boxes.
Edit 2: Found the report, https://tribot.org/forums/topic/68098-sphiinx-private-script-dispute/#comment-783577 you need to login to tribot to see it. But is explicitly stated hes been banned for scamming.

 

You left out the part where I told you to let me know what you wanted to do as I was still going to help you in which you never responded. As well even though you are outside the listed support time, I'm still willing to update them.

Nor am I ban evading from TRiBot as that was resolved.

I can update the scripts, everything else is fine.

I didn't leave that out, I never received that message Gyazo - aaf0f73c8a155cd7b4af30a40eb70215.png (I scrolled as far down as possible) And you never once asked me to "let you know what you wanted me to do".

 

I'm not sure why it didn't send, I can still see it on my Skype. Either way, since you know now, I'm still willing to work on you with this to get them updated.

 

Talking on skype now, he agreed to fix the script. This thread can be closed, I'll make a new one if something goes wrong.
