Advice on a pker

At current I have a combat 93 account with the following stats;
73 attack, 91 Strength, 55 defense (I know, terrible), 94 mage, 64 range & 80 Health Points.

I am currently debating leveling strength, or leveling range, to 90+, or leveling strength to probably 99

also woundering, what should I get the account so it sells for the highest price?
I could get 99 range and not level a combat level.
