i personally wouldn't buy anything pre-built, esp off ebay, do you have any computer stores online over there? like i know the states have tigerdirect, newegg, and a few other places.

Well to start what will you be using the computer for? What games do you plays and what programs do you use? Etc

Also just doing some rough calculations in my head all three of the computers you linked are most likely using illegal copies of windows. Quiet a few people who sell computers on eBay sell them with illegal software on them, not sure if you care or not but just keep that in mind.

Illegal windows may not be a problem if he plans on using Linux or any open source OS. The problem with these machines is that they aren't optimized for anything really. As already mentioned before, why don't you just customize your new pc ? Even if you have zero experience with building a system, there's billions of video tutorials out there. Besides, you could always give 10-20$ to the guys from the pc store, where you will be ordering your parts, to do that for you(unless they are just re-sellers)
