Need help

So basically I sold 400m at 0.98$/m paypal to a gold website with them covering fee.

After trading them the gold and me logging out.

I send them my paypal email. Everything is going well.

Then they say that I have to wait 7 days to receive my payment or I can get my gold back.

I don't want my gold back due to the risk of already trading an account that's rwting.(yes I know maybe nothing happens but I like to be safe).

And waiting 7 days for my payment without any prior warning seems unfair.

(notice they ask me if my paypal is verified after I've already traded them the gold)(I've never had an issue with my paypal with any other gold site or person I've sold to)

If you wont take a refund and wont accept a delayed paypal payment what exactly do u expect my workers or my company to do?

Currently we are capped at having some $5,000 insta-sent per day, this varies based on the recievers verification status, country, so on.

We are not paypal - we don't know what our cap is and whether a payment will insta clear or draw as a e-check(if we exceed $5,000 pending payments auto draw as e-check) until we attempt to send - In your case the worker on noticed we exceeded the $5000 pending so he offered to send to you as an echeck(which I might add, dozens have cleared no issue, its not a lack of funds merely my site eats capital like a bitch) but if a worker sees that its going to send as an echeck they inform the customer(which my employee did) and if the seller does not want an echeck we offer a instant refund of the gold.

So iirc right now we've got your 400m which you wont take an echeck payment for and wont take your gold back so frankly I don't know what you want me or my employees to do, we aren't paypal we cant say "poof" and make the limit disappear theres thousands of dollars sent out everyday and sometimes we hit the maximum - as payments post to my bank account(the instantly sent ones) we get more of the limit available so if $3,000 posts to my bank tomorrow we'll be able to insta send $3,000.

We aren't paypal, its either take an e-check or a refund, theres nothing Sythe staff, me or anyone else can do, we don't control paypal sir.

@Antonio Kala, you'll have to accept the refund/eCheck. The site aren't aware that this Paypal limit is going to hit and they have offered suitable solutions. This ruling was verified by @video ™.
