Can someone help me with BTC paying?

i want to buy rsgp from a trusted seller, but most of them want BTC
or if they accept paypal, they want id.. which sending my personal info online is really sketch for me.

how do i set up BTC? which is the safest and best one to use? is there one i can add funds to with cc? i feel pretty overwhelmed by the options there are. any help is appreciated!

The first thing you have to do is make yourself an account on a known and easy to use wallet, I'd recommend www.coinbase.com which lets you transfer instant cryptos only with an email, and it's really simple to use, just need to verify the account with your legal information

After that you can easily buy crypto with a credit card for a small fee if your country is allowed and then that's all, you can start sending payments straight away! (Almost every rsgp buyer/seller uses coinbase)

They want your ID because paypal is a chargeback haven. So in order for goldshops to have a chance at winning these disputes, they will gather your personal information before the transaction is made.

Anyhow for crypto, you should start looking into a wallet like Coinbase/Binance/Blockchain.com . There's much more to it but the reason to use it is that transactions are non-reversable, so goldshops are safe to accept it without any user identification. Only thing is that transactions can sometimes take several minutes (basically anything from 1m to 1h). This also depends on which crypto currency you are paying with.

 

Through years of neglect and lots of scammers using paypal, a large amount of sellers no longer take paypal at all. simply because sellers deliver the goods after the payment has been sent, then around 2 days later they get a notification to say that a charge back is in progress.
