Cellphone question

Hey guys, I just had a quick question to ask you...

I'm looking to change my current cellphone, a Samsung Nexus S, for the new Galaxy S3.

I bought my Nexus S about a year ago, or at least when it came out, for the full price of ~500$ with a contract.

One of my question is to know if the cellphone is MINE, considering that I bought the cellphone for its full price. So will I keep my Nexus S if I decide to buy the new Galaxy S3?

Second question, how much do you guys think a Nexus S is currently worth, considering that it has a couple of scratches due to the use of it, but nothing bigger?

I mean, I don't really know much about cellphones or mobiles (Mainly because I dispise using them.) but since the Nexus S came out that many years ago I'm guessing it's under $100. But don't quote me on that.

As for keeping it, I'm sure you would because it's a physical thing, why would they take that away? I've still got both my blackberry's and I only use one.

 

It is yours to keep, and no clue, go on ebay and look at the going rate. I would say $150+
