Must it be a video? The complete game takes about 40minutes for an experienced player and goes up to 1hour+ for people testing and etc, and I usually record with my phone to prevent lagginess and god knows how much GB will a 40-60min video takes lol, is it still possible to get it verified via screenshare?

This is a different kind of game, actually takes quite some time if you want to actually finish it which is required in order to get placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

 

To further clarify; does this mean we have to start from 0 points, 0 gold, and have a recording of us defeating satan? Just making sure if I need to make a new profile

Some additional information you might be interested in:
Each time you die, the land resets and the days reset, reason for the land to reset is to remain competitive; IE: if the land remains gone each time you die, you'd just need to fall all the way down to reach the boss.

Gold: Gold literally means nothing 15minutes into the game, you'll have hundred millions of gold available to spend and you wouldn't be able to spend it all.

TLDR; Since this is no longer a race for highest score, but for completion time I honestly think the bug wouldn't be abuse-able anymore, everyone just needs to get to their best upgrades, die once and see who can drill down and defeat the boss the fastest.

 

Gonna make some clarifications that I forgot to add, My apologies, in order to at least participate you must reach the depth of 5000 ft and take a picture with your profile beside it, or screenshare it.

Now In order to participate and win you Must record the whole speedrun starting from Zero. using a timer and a record tool, you may upload it preferably to YouTube. in order to review it, I advise people to practice before to attempt a recorded speedrun.

Of course if there isnt much time, and there is not enough participants we will add an extension of the deadline.

 

Bandicam supports 10minute recording for free license, any other recording programmes? A fresh game from scratch '0', won't be <30minutes, world record holder is about 17mins ish, and that guy legit has insane clicks and probably memorize the fall timers and etc. I tested it myself, it takes roughly 40-50mins for me to complete; so I bet there's some more experienced players that can complete it 10-20mins earlier but my bandicam dind't let me save the file cause it's past 10mins lmfao.
