Is velvel tried to scam me?

Hi there today i told you guy my story. I look for velvel topic for walmart and pm him to contact. Then i got request from him via skype.his ID is VELVEL

This is my first trade on sythe so i told him i need escow but he didnot agree and tell me about a SUV legit is Theblacktux then new request from skype to add me for contact. he told me he is Theblacktux and ill keep my BTC for my trade. when i'm confirm the code is working he'll send to seller.
But i need him verify he's TRUE Theblacktux at Sythe by send me a PM and he told me he cannot because im new member with 0 post.
After all i didnot agree with this trade then he said that waste his time, block me and told will banned me at Sythe.
DO YOU THINK VELVEL TRIED SCAM ME OR NOT?
I DIDNOT LOST MY MONEY BUT MAYBE SOMEONE WILL IN THE FUTURE SO I POST THIS FOR OTHER WHO IS TRUE BUYER LIKE ME.

Please include screenshots of the two Skype IDs. Also, do you have any proof that ties that skype to the Sythe user velvel?
