Whats your guys' opinion on this build?
I have a barrows pures who's 75 def and 75 att atm 99 str and range.
Really wanting to do more bossing on him though, so I was thinking of doing this build.

75 att/99 str/99 Def
99 range and mage.

Reason I am interested in doing this build is obviously higher def for PVM, but I still want to pk.
He'll be like 116 cb.

So I have three options:
1. Stay 75 def
2. Go 99 der 75 att.
3. Go maxed.

Opinions greatly appeciated!

 

Well if you really wan't to do more PVM. I'd suggest going max.

 

^ Yeah, you could always do dharoks, among other types of PKing. Might as well max it out, no reason not to for PvM

That's a terrible idea, you'll be worse on pvm and pvp at the same time. 75/99/75 is already kinda bad in pvp (not the worst, but there's better). Just go maxed, there are plenty of people who pk in maxed full dh.

 

I would suggest going for max aswell it isn't really a pking build with 75 attack

See I have a near mazed zerker and a Tank I am working on currently. Tank is 70 def atm, 99 range. So I want to go 99 def on my barrows pure for sure, the major question was really whether I should do 99 def 75 att or just go maxed all together.
I want to use him for bossing.

There is a massive difference between 99 def and 75 def lol.
Not much as far as equiptment goes... but there is a huge difference mate.
