Reason for reporting: There is a active scam report open against the user stated above, and it has been decided that he is at fault and must provide a refund, figured I would post this here for a mod to decide if he needs a temp ban etc until the issue is sorted out. His msn/skype have been provided in the powerbot report.

A mod on PB posted this morning that he has 24 hours to refund. That means he has 24 hours to decide whether or not he will remain on Sythe as well.
