Banned during scammer dispute

Hello Mods,

I have recently been trying to resolve a matter which I will link right here of me being scammed by someone on sythe:

Now that was almost resolved until I found myself banned:

The account That Pure 101 is my previous sythe yes. I am not a avid user of this site and I only use it from time to time. I didn't realise I was actually banned. If you could help me resolve my case I have on going with the 60m scam that would be great. Im hoping now that 'Dunworry' the mod has said the scammer must refund me, he will do so, but the problem is I cant sort this out anymore because of the ban. Could someone tell me the reason for the previous ban and hopefully we can resolve this.

You'll need to refund your victims, then you're eligible to appeal for a pardon.
