Both linked to the home IP of a known profile hacker/scammer. Cat may be created by him while 12pac is clearly hacked.

I also noticed Catt0fast reported 12pac but it was quickly taken down.

Not sure if this is the result of the hacker taking control of Catt0fast's report which was presumably on himself and removing it or what, but it is quite odd and potentially worth noting for a future dispute regarding these two profiles.
