PayPal Help ASAP!!!!

Ok, so I finally got about $10 in my paypal and I want to buy a pin. However, my paypal is not verified (not credit card verified and not bank verified). Will people still trade with me even though I am not verified? Like will the pin seller be fine with me sending money through an unverified paypal account or do I need to get it bank verified?

 

You need to get it verified to send money. If you notice, if you try to send money, it will say Spending limit: $0.00 (unverified)

 

One of the well known loopholes in this, though it's too late for you, is to create an Australian based Paypal account.
You start with a spending limit of $3,000 USD. That's usually more than enough for regular traders.

All you can do, is add a bank/CC, or sell your Paypal account. :\

 

All major companies will require your account be verified.

My Paypal is unverified and i can still send cash, there is just a sending limit. £1500 approximately. (If you're in the UK, i believe US accounts DO require you to be verified) But in the UK, unverified accounts can still send/receive cash, you just need to add a bank/credit card to increase the amount you can send, because after you've sent £1500, you can't send anymore until you're verified. ;D

 

Ok, I have a canadian paypal which has like a $750 sending limit. So will ppl on sythe trade with me even though I'm unverified?

 

The best way for people to do trading with a non-verified paypal is to make a Canadian paypal. You have a $3k+ trading limit per month and you can accept and currency too. Just make sure if someone wants to sell something for USD, you send the however much CAD will convert into USD.

 

Simple answer for your question, yes people will trade with you even though you are unverified. Makes little difference to them, however some may choose not to trade with unverified members.
Also you will not be able to buy membership directly through runescape.com as they require verified PayPal.
