I'll buy anything with these stats or better;
70 range + 70 mage with dt 13 pray
85 range with or without other stats
60 atk with addy gloves and with or without other stats
94 mage 45 pray with or without other stats

I won't be spending $500 on an account with stats that low but I will still buy an account like that.

It doesn't HAVE TO be a mod selling me the account but chances are I won't buy from anyone else.
