   casey248 ban evading / need an IP check on him

   can a mod please check his IP because i recently got his username : casey248 banned for excessively spamming . then i look onto a thread and see a name : casey246 , with the MSN : [email protected], i think he is a scammer and should be IP checked to see all the accounts from his IP .
   
   his new account he made after ban = ban evading
