Pretty limited in whats worth doing with a car like that. A complete exhaust system (not just cat back) may help, but the size of the engine in that odds are the stock exhaust isn't limiting it too much.

Turbo is a good start expensive though. Look into whether there are mod chips available also. My car gained substantial power with an aftermarket ecu, but most new cars dont allow them to be swapped out

 

reality is the best way to get a faster mazda 3 is to save up, sell your 3 touring, and buy a speed3. otherwise you're wasting time and money dude, just the truth!

 

Jah feel. Can always appreciate some reality. Honestly tho, just got it a few weeks ago, traded in a '14 Mazda 3 Touring lease (which I was cool with) but basically got free tires, breaks, leather seats, and bose audio for doing a trade-in. I'll have to cope for now

EDIT: Honestly, my next step, if my speed options are tapped, would be to throw a 12" sub in it and some tinted windows and call it a day
