    Try lifting weights, jogging, and cutting back on unhealthy food. Make some serious changes and pay attention to your diet. For a long period of time, not just a few weeks.

    Try getting one of those apps that lets you count your calories, at first just see how many calories you consume daily, then try to find one of those online calculators that takes your current weight and your preferred weight and it will show you how many calories you'll need to eat everyday. It won't be quick or easy but it'll be worth it in the long run.

    Increase cardio and decrease food intake. Limit the food intake to healthy greens and lean proteins.

    Since you are 13, just increase your cardio daily (things that you should be doing anyways) as football, or just running around with your friend having a laugh.

    The key to lose weight is Calories intake < Calories wasted. PM me if you need any help, I will be glad to help.

    There's so many different ways to lose weight. Look up some youtube vids

    Just make sure you're motivated enough before you start, that's the key.

    If you want to do it, it will end up happening.

    Eat at a -500 calorie deficit and do 30 or more minutes of cardio every day. Aim for 1 pound + loss per week.

    Make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

    Like others said, watch what you eat, you don't need to eat nothing but celery but eliminating candy and pop will have a significant change in your life.

    Running, swimming, really any sort of athletic activity will help you out. Friends going to play frisbee? Go with them.

    Obviously cardio is good as other have said as well.

    Since you're so young you're still growing so you can sort of grow in to your weight rather than straight up lose it. Another option is turning it in to muscle, lifting weights etc. would be an option, though you may want to wait a bit on that.

    I have previously lost 140 pounds, and the main thing is diet. You can lose weight dieting and not exercising as long as there is a calorie deficit. However, I would strongly recommending doing some pushups/situps/jogging and body squats. I wouldn't recommend lifting weights until after fully going through puberty, as your body isn't as developed yet, and also does not have enough testosterone for proper muscle building. Also, for your size, I'd suggest drinking 3/4 of a gallon of water a day. For my weight, I drink a gallon a day. Most people say 64 ounces a day, but I aim for much more than that. It's good for flushing toxins out of your body and refreshing your body as a whole. Also, water is a main key element in speeding up your metabolism for faster fat burning. Good luck.

    I've seen very good results with the "Atkins Diet" on a personal level with barely no cardio activity.

    10 mile time for a person you age an weight is decent I would say and your young so you wanna run distance and at a decent pace to warm you body and burn off fat.

    Go on a diet or just set a caloric deficit.

    Cut down on the calories. If you eat 2500 calories a day, cut it down to 2000. That way you can still eat the stuff you like and lose weight.

    If u already engage in outdoor activities and sports that's great. You said it urself and the problem was ur diet. Try and reduce all the unhealthy food and sugar drinks and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Remember that this isn't only to reduce weight but helps ur overall health in the long run. Find something that motivates u and maybe do this and exercise more often with friends. Gl mate im sure u can do it :)

    eat small, but more times a day. try to excerise, no pop, breads, pastas. eat lean and fruits + vegetables. drinks a gallon a day of water, no juices. gl

    Watch your diet, you could easily find some nice health diet tips online. Also, hit the gym or exercise several times a week.

    Do you eat candy often? If so, only eat it once a week
    Or maybe eat a little bit less food and do cardio /Weightlifting
