I bought a new laptop, will this run Rust?/modern games

Hey everyone, I purchased a new laptop for work but I was hoping this could run games like Rust, Arma 3, Squad and etc. Do you think this would run any of those?

It will easily run the games mentioned but you won't be able to play them comfortably beyond medium settings.

 

Thanks for the response, I would be running the games on Min anyway due to not ever caring about graphics.

 

Should run it fine, just remember to set windows to take your dedicated GPU when playing games. Should be enabled by default, but some laptop manufacturers disable it for some reason.
