Can we report people who post their MM thread on every post?

I was just browsing through the forums and litteraly every thread i went into the same person posted the same thing- his 'mm thread'
I'm fine with people using an mm as it's helpful to prevent being scammed, but really? Every thread he went into he posted his link.

Could this be considered spam? Want other peoples' thoughts on this.

 

Yes you can and according to the rules they will be infracted.
