Sokil59 SCAMMER BEWARE

I made a request for powerleveling on the forums. Sokil59 replied and we chatted in private messages. I ended up giving him 6m to get 56-75 str on my pure. i then gave him my information. and i checked the account almost 2 days later and the charactor was naked in the Grand exchange. I asked for a refund but he said it was against his TOS lol.... He said that i changed password and when he FINALLY logged in to try and get me xp he couldnt. Sorry dude I Also got a request password change in my e-mail. He thinks that because he made a TOS which i did not ever see before that he is safe. its states that i must not change pass. lol.... He did nothing on my account and i want to be refunded my 6m. why should this guy get away with it. I have the right to stop a scam when i see it happening. And he thinks he is safe and will get away with keeping my rsgp. this is bullshit and just another way to scam people. BAN THIS DIRT BAG!!
