Cant run sythe?

Ok so I have regular Internet Explorer. I went to sythe.org like 2 hours ago and made an account and was on it and everything. While i was on sythe it just stopped running and everything. I exited out of the whole internet, opened a new one and everything else ran great. Such as, Myspace, hotmail, yahoo, google, THIS and everything else but sythe. When I try going to sythe.org it just says loading for like a minute and just says "Internet Explorer cannot display this webpage." Shein Reviews
