   cant receive recover password

   ---

   I reinstalled my computer. Try to login sythe, but it asked me to change pass cuz 6 months no change. I tried many times, but i can only receive login details email ask me to change pass. after changed, i cant receive password email from sythe.
   
   Now , i cant login sythe.
   
   My sythe name is h1j2q3
