I have been banned due to having a previously registered account that i had no idea i even had. it's been years since i used sythe and i only just recently made a new account.

i have bought gold multiple times and also an account today, which if you look on my vouch thread i did not scam.

if i could please have some clarification on why exactly i was banned, if it's due to having multiple accounts, could i please have the other one deleted so i can use my new account. i have no access to the email address [email protected] anymore which was why i made a new account.
