Banned even though i broke no rules

I went to the report a scammer section,and I have been banned for rsn sniping.The proof was that I said "I sniped 4GB a few years back" (4GB was an account I was selling)
When I said "Sniped" I meant that I took the name after some random guy changed his name.

I know rsn sniping is against the rules,however I believe by rsn sniping,it means taking an account name that has been bought by a sythe member. I did not do that.I simply took the name on a new account after someone who had the name "4GB" changed theirs. Again,I DID NOT steal a sythe members purchased name.

1.I Didnt steal a name.
2.Even if I did steal the name (I didnt) Why would I just make a thread on the forums saying I stole it? Its like ban evading,and then making a thread called "Im a ban evader" This is a huge misunderstanding.
