Can't log into my account please help

I got a new phone and don't have my two factor authorization anymore. I dont know where I put the slip of paper i wrote down the info on either. So I'm basically locked out of my account. I know the password and if you look you should be able to see that I am on the IP address right now that I created the account on. I also have access to the skype that I refer to on that account. Im not sure if you could just remove the two factor auth or send me an email or if theres anyway to help. Please. Thank You.
