Can't Log In!

I guess I changed my password a month ago and forgot it, but never updated my passwords list. I try to recover my pass with my email and it says my email is invalid or something. I have used this email for password recoveries and other things before and have the emails saved. I have previous passwords for this account, perc. I have tried to pm admins on the account perc2 trying to get someone's help but I haven't been successful.

I don't know where else to post so could someone please help me? I used to be pretty active. Thanks.
