Negative (60) Jcoins, how to pay?

This thread is kind of a follow up to a previous thread I made a couple of months back: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1413332

It's taken me a while to log back on to Runescape due to University and whatnot, and I am ready to move on with my life and sell my accounts.

To save you guys reading my thread, I logged on for the first time in months back in May and it said I had negative Jcoins and was unable to log in.

My question is, am I able to pay back JaGeX with Paypal? My account is verified with my bank account and has available funds too. How do I go about this, because all I see is a credit card form.
I really don't want to add a credit card as I don't feel it's safe using a CC online.

 

Credit card or buy it from the store.

 

You can go to the Upgrade market or your local store (actually, you might be able to purchase a regular gamecard from gamestop/walmart and be able to purchase J-coins, with the new style of runescape gamecards ) , and purchase a UGC (Ultimate Game Card) With this card, you can purchase J-coins.

 

So Paypal is a no go?

To be honest with you guys, I don't have time to go to the store and purchase a UGC or Jagex card.

I bought a UGC card on sythe earlier in the year and I am somewhat sure that is what got me into this mess.

EDIT: Australia doesn't sell UGCs, anyway..

 

You've got no time to buy a card from the store, but you do have time to play the game? Weird logic you've got there..

And for PayPal: RuneScape changed their paypal settings, you WILL need a credit card attached to it since a bit back

 

I don't have time to play Runescape. I haven't logged on and actually played since about November 2011. I used to log on for about 10 minutes to see what changes had been made and to talk to some old friends.

Damn it, why'd they do that?
I'm guessing it's to prevent fraud. Only problem is, credit cards are more likely to be attached to fraud accounts.

I need to find another way to pay...I will probably search sythe to find an alternative. Any suggestions?

 

UGC is basically your only option. Cause you basically tried to screw JaGeX out of a membership payment (That's how they see it).

 

UGC as stated is going to be your only option, you can discuss this with jagex they actually got back to me promptly when it was a billing concern. I had to do this same thing when some motherfucker charged back on a upgrade here on sythe, also FYI paypal will NO longer be a payment for a period of time i think 6 months after a charge back has been made to jagex (which got you your -jcoin balance in first place) im still on the probation period so i cant pay via paypal. The website a jmod suggested to me via email is www.pcgamesupply.com there you can buy UGC's and Runescape membership cards using paypal which could save you a trip, really saved my ass in this matter. This happened to me when I bought members on sythe and somebody payed with paypal or phone, but then they charged back and I got screwed over. Haven't payed to play on my pure ever since.

Out of curiosity, when you buy the cards of this site, is it in electronic form or hard form (as is, mailing it in)?
