Sythe image quality

I use piclion. It's pretty good.
Also, save it as a .png, it's better quality.

I find that jpeg with max quality usually has lower image size than a png, while maintaining a near equivalent image quality. Also, it's not a question dependent upon the site you upload an image to - that is irrelevant, as they only host your image, not resize it. Imageshack or piclion are fine, I use photobucket for personal projects however as I like to keep my pieces in albums.

 

Tinypic is an average one, only one i know of really.

I dont think it matters alot, because as spraynwipe said they only upload the image.

 

Did you make sure in photoshop you selected jpeg and drag the quality slider to 100%? Might be that you only do 'save as' rather than 'save for web' which has extra options to tweak your file size and quality.

 

I use tinypic, always save as a .png
