Can't add contacts on MSN?

I tried to do it on a browser messanger... Sent me to a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" page.

I've tried to do it on the pop-up messanger and it tells me that "This windows live service isn't available right now" and "Well do it when it becomes available again"

I already Undl'ed and redl'ed...

go onto www.hotmail.com and add them manually

Try downloading a newer version of msn or do you have the newest?
