I did not fucking act; I simply made a threat (Like I usually do to people who bother me on Discord) that I never intended acting on because 1. I wouldn't even think about trying to cause someone that sort of damage no matter how much I resent them because i'm simply not that type of person. and 2. I would obviously get banned if I acted upon the threat.
Why would I make a threat and then actually act upon it to get myself banned when I make thousands on this site monthly? That makes NO FUCKING SENSE.

"You threatened to tweet Milotic a few minutes prior and you proceeded to state: "I am in the process of tweeting his accounts" at 5:57 PM your time while the twitter account in question tweeted the account out at 5:55 PM."

I understand that the timing was almost too coincidental to deny (Talon told me about this before you did) but realistically if I did tweet out said account; why would I say that I was "Tweeting his accounts" at 5:57 PM when the account was tweeted out at 5:55 PM as you claim? Also notice that I highlighted ACCOUNT, when I threatened Milo I said I would tweet his "ACCOUNTS" not "ACCOUNT"; the twitter username in question only tweeted one account from what I can see. (unless i'm mistaken) Again, this just doesn't make any fucking sense and obviously no real investigation was made here.

"This in itself could be (albiet damning) coincidental; however, you then directly stated you tweeted the name "Assault" a few hours later. Said name had been tweeted and the RS account was then banned."

As I explained to you on Discord the only reason I later said the name had been tweeted is because I was just trying to provoke the joke further because I was angry at the fact that Milotic sniped Cyberspace and Sand from two of my friends and Discord is treated as the Spam Forum so i didn't see anything wrong with it. I don't blame Milo for reporting me given the circumstance and how much he resents me for exposing him but come fucking on why the fuck would i break a rule and then brag about it to get myself banned.

"Due to the nature of the evidence (much of it originating in Sythe Discord) and the precedent it sets, staff voted on your ban and unless you can provide evidence to the contrary, your ban will remain."


There is no evidence and you falsely banned me on circumstantial evidence. There is also no way to prove it wasn't me beyond my word (if there is beside what i'm about to mention, please tell me otherwise) but if there is a way to check the IP of a twitter account it would definitely help my case out to prove that the "John Kuznetsov" twitter username wasn't created by me (Hell, I don't even use Twitter beyond looking at spicy RS memes as a guest). To reiterate for the third time, this whole incident was just a freak coincidence and I wouldn't even try to cause someone that kind of damage just because I resent them.

From now on I will avoid letting feelings get to me, learn to release grudges, and stop making threats so that this doesn't ever happen again. I have truly learned my lesson.

Please don't tell me i'm actually going to stay permed for this shit man. I know this website is better than that...

Short of Sythe unbanning you, you will not be unbanned. All of staff voted on your ban and it was issued accordingly.
