Cannot create a new account as my ip is linked to another account which is banned

Hi there Charlotte, after seeking advice from Wortel i am posting again to explain the situation and hopefully speed things. He advised me that i needed to make things clear as possible and it could speed things up as you need to know.

Help resolving a hacked sythe + skype account issue. + 500m gold + acc


I am NOT the creator of 'CokeGP' Sythe account. I have ALWAYS had access to the account since the creation but i have never needed to up until the 25/05/2018. On the 25th one of my 07 runescape accounts was recovered by 'Chuckle' due to my old friend messaging him on Sythe and on Skype
saying the account had been hacked. Once i realised my account was locked i logged into the Sythe account and changed the password/email in order for me to be able to contact the original owner of my account 'Chuckle' as i had no other means of contact and needed to prove that i was the rightful owner of the account.

Once messaging Chuckle and providing countless pieces of evidence that was posted on the Sythe thread above and additional pieces of evidence over skype which we was unable to post due to me getting banned, 'Chuckle' is satisfied that i am the owner of the account as i have provided;
- email access
- authenticator
- 1400 pictures
- new the exact wealth and location of the account
- and have video evidence of me paying him for the account

Sorry for explaining it all in this section of the forums but i wanted to make things clear as possible so you know my intentions.

I totally understand that sharing a Sythe account is not allowed and what i done was wrong but i had no other way to contact Chuckle. I also totally understand that Chuckle was not in the wrong for recovering the account as he was none the wiser to everything going on. I also respect Panda for handling the situation the way he did and in a professional manner.

Summary:
Currently i am ip banned from Sythe and i am unable to make my own Sythe account. I would like to make my own Sythe account so that Chuckle can make a new thread concerning the runescape account and i can provide my evidence to prove that the account is mine and that i purchased it.
