RuneScape Woodstock 2009

I don't know what anyone thinks of this, but I think we should have a massive gathering in a random area in RuneScape, and call it the RuneScape Woodstock. I am not sure if anyone has done this, but I think you guys should help me make this happen.

Give me ideas and I will update this thread haha.

 

The date of this event will also be that of the soon to be "massive banning" from Jagex

 

Why do you say that?

 

A gathering of members from a site that condones just about every possible rule you can break in runescape will most likely cause bans. Plus there is always the people who want to start a commotion and go around saying "sythe.org ftw!", "macroing never dies"! and other shit like that.

 

This has nothing to do with macroing, and you can't get banned for something you did not do. It is just a gathering in a random part of RuneScape. Don't flame me please, I think we should try it.

I support, I think it would be a fun idea and not everyone on sythe cheats.

 

I think it will be fun and leave a impact on RuneScape. I think it will happen again if we did like a dated event and we could be the starters of it.

99% of Runescape players don't even know what Woodstock is, and the same 99% wouldn't go

 

What the hell.. how can you not know what Woodstock is?

 

1st Sythe.org doesn't necessarily mean runescape, so if people said it, they couldn't get banned, 2nd, gathering's are not against the rules, so no one would be banned unless they had a reason too ban them. Also, the only way someone could be MUTED is by saying the name sythe.org, not because of the site itself, but because advertising is against the rules. Nuff said.

 

Guarantee ALOT of people would show up. Ffs just do this and you will see.

 

There's a yotube runescape gathering every year. I don't go to those so most likely wouldn't go to this if it happened also.

I would probably come, basically to do this you have to get someone famous, and advertise on forums gathering, zezima will be there (or someone else famous) that would obviously be the best way, if not just put gatheringo n rs forums

 

Ok, well I'm going to pick an appropriate date for this. Then I can get started from there, any suggestions on a date and time?
